Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to collaborate with the Global Payroll team and drive payroll analysis, automation, data validation, and process improvements. The role focuses on leveraging technology to streamline workflows, ensure compliance with wage, hour, tax, and HRIS requirements, and deliver accurate payroll data to stakeholders.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll and emphasizes proactive problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years payroll experience with automation.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.
• Experience with Workday and ADP/Dayforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the processing, validation, and review of automated file imports supporting key payroll functions.
• Analyze and validate payroll results using data-driven controls and automation.
• Generate and audit RSU/ESPP files; liaison with Stock team.
• Process and validate payroll adjusting entries with reconciliation dashboards.
• Reconcile data between Workday and ADP/Dayforce and with the general ledger.
• Manage payroll data requests from Benefits, Legal, Accounting, HR.
• Collaborate with Benefits and vendors on 401(k) and other deductions.
• Create SOPs, process docs, and training materials.
