Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to collaborate with Global Payroll and vendor partners across Japan, Singapore, and Australia. You will contribute to accurate payroll processing, data validation, and tax reconciliations while mentoring staff and driving automation.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll and requires a BA/BS in a related field plus 5+ years of international payroll experience. A comprehensive benefits package and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including international payrolls (Japan, Singapore, Australia).
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, tax reconciliation, and compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail with data validation and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Support international payroll processing for Japan, Singapore, and Australia.
• Review, validate, and reconcile payroll data for accuracy in payments, reporting, and records.
• Provide mentorship to staff and identify payroll efficiency improvements.
• Draft and maintain SOPs for payroll processes and contribute to automation efforts.
• Handle payroll tax notices and assist with related audits and filings.
