Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join the Global Payroll team in a remote capacity. You will lead automated file imports, validate results, and collaborate with Benefits, Legal, Accounting, HR, and other partners to deliver accurate payroll data and timely reporting.

The role requires 8+ years of payroll experience, a bachelor's degree, and expertise in Workday and ADP/Dayforce, with strong Excel skills and a mindset for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of payroll experience with process automation.
• CPP or FPC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the processing, validation, and review of automated payroll imports.
• Analyze and validate payroll processing results using data-driven controls.
• Generate and audit RSU/ESPP files with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Process and validate payroll adjusting entries with automated imports and dashboards.
• Reconcile data between Workday and ADP/Dayforce and assist with GL discrepancies.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll data requests from Benefits, Legal, Accounting, HR, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Benefits and vendors to update 401(k) plans and deductions.
• Present recurring payroll metrics to leadership highlighting trends and risks.
• Create SOPs and training materials for payroll processes and cross-train team members.
