Docusign in San Francisco, CA seeks a Sr. Payroll Analyst to lead automated payroll data flows, validate complex calculations, and partner with Benefits, Legal, Accounting, and HR to deliver accurate reporting.

You will design SOPs, drive process improvements, reconcile data between Workday and ADP/Dayforce, and develop scalable solutions while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years payroll experience.
• Experience automating payroll data imports and reporting.
• Knowledge of tax rules, benefits & compliance in a shared services model.
• Proficient with Workday and ADP/Dayforce systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead processing, validation and review of automated payroll imports.
• Develop reports, scripts, macros to identify data anomalies pre-payroll.
• Audit RSU/ESPP files and liaise with internal Stock team.
• Process complex payroll adjustments using automation and reconciliations.
• Reconcile data between Workday and ADP/Dayforce for accurate files.
• Act as primary contact for payroll data requests from internal partners.
