Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support international payroll for Japan, Singapore, and Australia. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll and includes data validation, tax reconciliations, and collaboration with vendors and internal partners.

You will help ensure timely, accurate payroll processing, develop SOPs, and drive process improvements across global payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll experience with at least 2 years handling international payrolls (Japan, Singapore, Australia).
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, tax reconciliation and compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems and tools (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support international payroll processing for Japan, Singapore and Australia.
• Review, validate, and reconcile payroll data for accurate payments and reporting.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff members.
• Identify and implement payroll efficiencies and automation strategies.
• Handle tax notices and liaise with vendors/agencies to resolve issues.
• Draft and maintain SOPs for payroll processes.
• Support payroll-related projects and provide data/reports to stakeholders.
