Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Payroll Analyst to collaborate with Global Payroll partners and vendors for payrolls across Japan, Singapore, and Australia. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll and focuses on accurate processing, data validation, and process improvements in a remote-friendly setup.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in payroll, including international experience, and strong skills in Excel and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years supporting international payrolls (Japan, Singapore, Australia).
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, including tax reconciliation and compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Workday, SAP) and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing of international payrolls (Japan, Singapore, Australia) for timely and accurate payroll execution.
• Review, validate, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy in payments, reporting, and records.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff members.
• Identify and implement payroll efficiencies and automation strategies.
• Ensure accurate quarter-end and year-end payroll processing, including federal, state, and local tax reconciliations for international payrolls.
