Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years payroll experience, with at least 2 years supporting international payrolls (Japan, Singapore, Australia).
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, including tax reconciliation and compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems and tools (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, or equivalent).
• Experience reviewing, auditing, and reconciling complex payroll data with high attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing of international payrolls (Japan, Singapore, Australia) timely and accurate.
• Review, validate, and reconcile payroll data for payments, reporting, and records.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Identify and implement payroll efficiencies and automation.
• Ensure accurate quarter- and year-end payroll tax reconciliations.
• Receive, review, and analyze payroll-related tax notices and respond in partnership with tax vendors or agencies.
• Provide payroll data and reporting to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Assist with audits and payroll-related projects.
