You will ensure regulatory compliance, accurate payroll calculations, and timely reporting, while supporting audits and HR/Finance collaboration.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll documentation.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting payroll operations.
• ** Systems & Data Management**
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records within Workday and ADP.
• Assist with payroll system testing, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy across systems.
• ** Employee Support**
• Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, deductions, taxes, and payroll policies.
• Provide guidance on payroll processes and escalation complex issues as appropriate.
