Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll and accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, reconciliations, and payroll systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and resolve payroll discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review payroll for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll accounting and reconciliations.
• Manage payroll tax filings and compliance.
• Maintain PTO records and assist with PTO administration.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll-related audits.
• Maintain accurate payroll records.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations on payroll-related questions and processes.
