Job summary

Unknown in San Francisco is hiring engineers to own money movement systems. You will manage ledgered state, transaction lifecycles, idempotency, retries, and deterministic replay across multiple rails and partners.

You will build guardrails to prevent double spends, duplicate webhooks, and inconsistent balances, while owning integrations with card issuing, banking and disbursement, plus compliance and reporting infrastructure for regulators.

Qualifications

• You've built systems where being wrong had consequences in money, records, transactions, or billing.
• You've owned a system end to end, designing, shipping and maintaining it.
• You want to be in San Francisco, in person, with real responsibility.
• You thrive in fintech domains with money movement, cards, banking rails or regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities
