Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Solutions Architect Manager in Healthcare Payments to guide solutioning for complex client opportunities and drive measurable client value.

You will translate requirements into actionable solutions, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure outcomes are realized. This role emphasizes deep product and industry expertise, engagement with client stakeholders, and delivering architecture standards while navigating pricing and deal stages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent across a broad set of related products.
• Deep technical understanding applied to solution configurations in a specific domain.
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
• Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Leads the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often with Technology.
• Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions.
• Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback.
• Apply a consultative approach with clients to understand needs and guide decisions and standards.
• Drive detailed solution design documentation (e.g., Charters or SOWs) with client objectives and risks.
• Collaborate with Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations, and Product Management to build relationships.
