Zusammenfassung

Hhhub is expanding its UK footprint with aSenior Sales Executive for Issuing & Acquiring Processing. You will drive new business across banks, fintechs, PSPs, and issuers, presenting end-to-end card processing solutions and negotiating high-value contracts.

You will lead complex enterprise deals, collaborate with product and operations teams, and represent the company at industry events across the UK and international markets.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience selling card issuing processing, card acquiring processing, payment processing infrastructure, or related FinTech solutions.
• Strong understanding of card payments, acquiring, issuing, payment schemes, banking infrastructure, or financial technology services.
• Experience selling to banks, fintechs, PSPs, acquirers, issuers, EMIs, or regulated financial institutions.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise B2B sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent professional English and confidence working with international clients.
• Experience with SaaS, banking technology, embedded finance, card programmes, or payment orchestration solutions.
• Understanding of UK financial services regulation, FCA-regulated payment institutions, or EMI business models.
• Experience representing a company at industry conferences, partner events, or commercial roundtables.

Aufgaben

• Promote and sell card issuing processing and card acquiring processing solutions to financial institutions and payment businesses
• Build relationships with banks, fintechs, PSPs, acquirers, issuers, EMIs, and other regulated financial services companies in the UK
• Identify opportunities where clients need modern payment processing infrastructure to launch, scale, or improve card programmes
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, contracting, and account handover
• Translate complex payment processing capabilities into clear commercial, operational, and technical value for client stakeholders
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals, pricing models, sales presentations, and solution narratives
• Lead negotiations while protecting the company’s commercial position and value proposition
• Collaborate with product, technical, implementation, and operations teams to align solutions with client requirements
• Represent the company at payments, FinTech, banking, and financial services events across the UK and international markets
• Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and structured sales reporting
