• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on tracing funds on-chain with analytics tools.
• Experience reviewing analyst decisions for quality and SOP adherence; able to communicate complex risk decisions.
• Utilizes generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own escalations from Payments Risk Operations and partner teams with final decisions backed by evidence.
• Lead the response to emerging fraud patterns from detection to remediation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of review workflows, SOPs, and risk controls as products evolve.
• Drive rule and model performance with Risk Modeling and Analytics to reduce losses with minimal customer friction.
• Present findings to Risk leadership and cross‑functional partners, coaching analysts for accuracy and consistency.
