• Proficiency in SQL and on-chain tracing with blockchain analytics tools.
• Experience reviewing analyst decisions for quality and SOP adherence.
• Utilizes generative AI with human oversight to improve efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own escalations from Payments Risk Operations and partner teams with final decisions backed by evidence.
• Lead the response to emerging fraud patterns from detection through remediation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of review workflows, SOPs, and risk controls as products evolve.
• Drive rule and model performance in partnership with Risk Modeling and Analytics.
• Present findings to Risk leadership and cross-functional partners, coaching analysts.
