Job summary

Tenant inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of a new payment processing solution across our SaaS platform.

You will own the end-to-end program plan and coordinate across Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners. Based in Irvine, CA, you will manage cross-functional workstreams with teams in Los Angeles and Bangalore, drive milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure a production-ready rollout with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program management in SaaS/fintech or complex tech environments.
• Led large cross-functional technology implementations from planning through production launch.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (requirements, dev, QA, UAT, release, stabilization).
• Experience coordinating distributed/global engineering teams (US and India preferred).
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and critical paths, with strong risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation plan for the new payment processor, from planning through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Translate program objectives into clear workstreams, milestones, dependencies, owners, and delivery dates.
• Establish and maintain the integrated project plan and critical path across Product, Engineering, QA, Finance, and external partners.
• Drive accountability for commitments and proactively identify risks to milestones or deliverables.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure technical work aligns with business requirements.
