Monzo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end planning and delivery of payment product initiatives that span multiple teams. This high-impact role combines technical leadership with strong program management to ship better banking features at scale.

You'll define roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and business units to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or products from inception to launch
• Excellent communication to a wide range of audiences, including executive leadership
• Experience in a global business with multiple markets
• Ability to drive technical solutions and mitigate delivery risks
• Ability to dive deep into data and architecture to inform decisions
