Monzo is hiring a Product Manager for Finance Infrastructure within the Payments Platform. You will partner with Engineering, Finance and Payments leaders to define the roadmap for financial systems that scale across products, entities, currencies and regulatory environments.

You will translate complex financial and regulatory needs into scalable platform capabilities, prioritise across competing stakeholder needs, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance,

Qualifications

• Owns complex technical, platform, infrastructure or financial systems.
• Partner with engineers and reason about architecture and trade-offs.
• Excited by infrastructure like ledgers, reconciliation, reporting and controls.
• Able to work with Finance, Engineering, Product and Operations teams.
• High-agency, ambitious and eager to operate in a high-bar environment.
