Monzo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Payments Platform, focused on building foundational financial infrastructure across the bank. You’ll lead with engineering, finance, and product teams to design scalable capabilities, from ledgers to reporting, enabling cross-border capabilities and new markets.

You’ll work in a high-ambition environment, partnering across senior stakeholders while delivering on strategic goals and robust governance.

Competenze

• Experience owning complex technical, platform, infrastructure or financial systems.
• Ability to partner credibly with engineers and reason about systems.
• Interest in infrastructure like ledgers, reconciliation, data, controls and reporting.
• Proven ability to work with Finance, Engineering, Product and Operations.
• Ability to turn ambiguous requests into long-term strategy.

Mansioni

• Build the roadmap for Finance Infrastructure within Payments Platform and execute on it.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance and Payments leaders to define priorities and system needs.
• Translate complex finance, accounting, regulatory needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Balance stakeholder requests and maintain long-term system health.
• Help build financial infrastructure that supports multiple products, entities, countries and currencies.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Engineering, Product and Operations.
