Washington Trust Bank seeks a Payment Service Center Manager to lead operational and support functions across the Payment Service Center. You will direct three teams, manage staffing, and ensure compliance with check-based processing and electronic payments.

The role emphasizes risk management, process improvement, and collaboration with product and technology teams to implement innovative payment solutions.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, banking services, financial services, or related functions.
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience in a high production environment.
• Demonstrated experience with check processing, lockbox services, ACH, wire transfers, and electronic payment systems.
• Strong knowledge of payment operations controls, reconciliation processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Implement strategies to create efficiencies and improve effectiveness in operations.
