Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Manager to lead a team of Analysts and Specialists supporting Commercial Payments and Digital Banking servicing. You will balance client experience, operational efficiency, risk management, and employee development while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring a diverse team, leading change initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of leadership experience in financial services or a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial performance oversight (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day operational performance metrics, quality results, risk indicators, and client service outcomes.
• Hire, mentor, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team across multiple sites; including in-person meetings as needed.
• Lead change initiatives and support team members onsite through transitions.
• Design, implement, and test controls to ensure regulatory compliance with policies.
• Serve as a business leader on strategic projects or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning to support business objectives.
• Develop expertise in products, processes, client servicing models, and regulations to lead teams effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and vendors; including in-person meetings as needed.
• Lead interactions with regulators and auditors to ensure strong control environment.
