ADP, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for our Payments team.

The role centers on designing and delivering payments experiences, workflow redesigns, and ecosystem integrations across internal tools and client-facing capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep product management experience in payments and digital transformation, with proven ability to mature product roadmaps and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, risk, design, and external partners.

Qualifications

5–8 years of product management experience in payments or related domains.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Strong understanding of payments ecosystems and partner integrations.
Experience with AI-enabled capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the product roadmap focused on payments experiences, workflow redesign, and user journey improvements across associate and client interactions.
Document and prioritize product features and research industry trends to inform the roadmap.
Reimagine and improve workflows that impact associates and clients, reducing friction and improving satisfaction.
Build strong alliances with stakeholders across multiple teams to drive innovation and align on priorities.
Measure product effectiveness, report outcomes, and drive roadmap priorities.
Support initiatives involving AI agents, automation, and intelligent experiences to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with UX, engineering, and partners to bring ideas to life with a market-focused stance.
Communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders and guide product success.
