Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the payments and corporate integrations roadmap across POS and backend systems. You will collaborate with engineering and partners to define requirements, manage data flows, and ensure PCI-DSS readiness.

This role also leads the Store Health/Control Tower initiatives and bridges Oracle Xstore migrations with business stakeholders. You’ll influence roadmap decisions, manage vendor relationships, and maintain a clear backlog while communicating

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience.
• 3+ years in product management on an Agile team at a large retailer.
• Experience with Oracle Xstore or comparable POS platform.
• Hands-on with payment processing and gateway integrations (Verifone/Worldpay).
• Experience integrating corporate systems into a POS/retail platform.
• Strong vendor management and certification processes.
• Based in/near Philadelphia; on-site presence required.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product roadmap for payments and corporate integrations linked to POS.
• Manage strategic relationships with payment processors and gateways.
• Own the integration layer to store systems ensuring reliable data flow.
• Roadmap ownership for in-house Store Health and Retail Control Tower.
• Collaborate with Oracle teams on Xstore migration and testing.
• Maintain a backlog and guide prioritization for payments domain.
• Lead design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to define capabilities.
• Escalation point for business-impacting payment/integration incidents.
