Job summary

Hard Rock Digital seeks a Senior Manager of Payments Analytics to lead and evolve our payments operations across the organization. You will oversee processing performance, optimize operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a seamless customer payment experience across multiple channels.

You will blend strategic leadership with hands-on analytics in a fast-growing fintech environment, working closely with Risk, Fraud, Compliance and Product teams to scale our ecommerce payments

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments, fintech, ecommerce, or related fields.
• Knowledge of cards, ACH, wallets, and alternative payments.
• Experience with processors, gateways, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to optimize payment performance and workflows.
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of payment compliance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable payments strategy aligned with HRD’s objectives.
• Improve payment acceptance rates and reduce friction across channels.
• Manage payment processors, vendors, and banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Product, and Ops teams.
• Analyze payment data to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Drive automation and data-driven process improvements.
