Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior payments professional to own all payments management activities for high-value relationships within the embedded payments vertical.

You will drive portfolio growth, refer opportunities, and partner with EPCs/TMCs to realize revenue while ensuring profitability across client engagements. This role requires deep understanding of FinTech, complex software solutions, and our treasury management offerings, with a collaborative, cross-functional approach to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight to ten years of related experience.
• Strong sales support background.
• Proficient technical and analytical acumen.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products.
• Experience with complex software solutions.
• Excellent program management and strategic planning.
• Good organizational, managerial and cross-functional project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with large teams.
• Experience with design thinking and agile/waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Own payments management activities for high-value relationships and embedded payments initiatives.
• Identify and refer new business opportunities with existing clients to EPCs/TMCs and support sales process.
• Monitor profitability of relationships and mitigate client and revenue attrition.
• Manage discovery, engagement and delivery for FinTech and embedded payment opportunities.
• Support sales and client onboarding initiatives to realize revenue quickly.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to engage partners, execute projects and drive opportunities.
