Job summary

Early Warning Services is seeking a senior-level professional to drive adoption of our payment solutions and partner with external clients on implementation and onboarding into the EWS ecosystem.

You will lead implementation delivery, act as a subject matter expert on mobile checkout, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to ensure successful launches. This role demands strong vendor management, payments expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in integrations, product implementation, or related roles.
• Strong experience with web browser and mobile app ecosystems (iOS, Android).
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, or cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of digital checkout, payments, or e-commerce experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Implementation Delivery: direct the implementation team, enforce standards, review work, manage timelines and outcomes.
• Serve as SME: escalations for complex implementations; expert on mobile checkout and app-based implementations; mentor team members.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: coordinate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations; support readiness for launches; capture learnings.
• Build Scalable Playbooks & Standards: create repeatable processes and refine best practices.
