Job summary

Finastra is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive net new business growth in the Northeast and Western regions of North America. This hunter role focuses on acquiring new customers, developing strategic relationships, and leading complex enterprise opportunities in payments and fintech within banks and financial institutions.

You will promote Finastra's Payments To Go solution, collaborating with executive stakeholders to support innovation and digital transformation.

Qualifications

Direct experience selling payments, core banking, or related fintech solutions to financial institutions.
Proven track record of net-new revenue and building sales pipelines.
Experience engaging C-level buyers and navigating complex enterprise cycles.

Responsibilities

Drive net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth for Payments To Go in North America.
Develop territory/account plans and identify, engage, and win new banking relationships.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and networking.
Lead consultative engagements to uncover strategic priorities and modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning sales strategies and close deals.
