Job summary

Richemont Americas, Shelton, CT, seeks a Manager, Payment Risk & Optimization to define and lead the B2C payment-funnel and fraud strategy across all Richemont Maisons. You will partner with Maison Executives, Finance, E-Commerce, and Technology to balance payment acceptance, conversion, and customer experience with robust fraud governance.

The role requires 7+ years in digital anti-fraud, payment risk, and related areas, with strong cross-functional leadership and regional program experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 7+ years in digital Anti-Fraud, payment risk, fraud investigations, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading regional or enterprise-level fraud and payment programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of card-network rules, chargebacks, payment processing & fraud controls.
• Professional Anti-Fraud certification (e.g., MRC) strongly preferred.
• Experience with external payment and Anti-Fraud solution providers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Fraud Tool Governance: lead strategy, optimization, and vendor management for fraud solutions across B2C channels and Maisons.
• Algorithmic & AI Governance: establish guidelines to mitigate machine learning bias in fraud decisioning tools.
• Automation & Efficiency: set targets to maintain automated decisioning above 98% and minimize manual reviews.
• Dispute & Chargeback Governance: oversee chargeback, dispute, and loss/missing parcel processes and policy adherence.
• Holistic Performance Tracking: define KPIs/OKRs for prevented fraud, missed fraud, false declines, and net revenue impact.
