Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in payments, fraud, or financial operations.
• Proven fraud management experience in the Americas.
• Hands-on experience handling payment issues, incidents, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for payment-related queries and coordinate investigations across internal teams, PSPs, and acquirers globally.
• Manage and prioritize payment queries from regional teams to ensure timely resolution and clear communication.
• Lead incident management with root cause analysis, reporting, and preventative actions.
