Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience implementing enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Region’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate existing platforms and identify modernization opportunities.
• Stay current on AI, automation, data analytics and cybersecurity trends.
• Partner with sponsors and owners to define cases, strategies and plans.
• Lead rollout of Group and Maison initiatives across teams.
• Oversee data migration, integration and user adoption.
• Manage budget, funding requests and risk; monitor timelines and vendors.
• Build complex data analytics dashboards and provide actionable insights.
