Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Payment Implementations team and deliver citizen-centric, digital government payment solutions. You will manage discovery, planning, configuration, testing, and deployment of the payment platform, while mentoring less experienced staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing large projects, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field; seven or more years of IT implementation project management experience.
• High level of software lifecycle and enterprise software knowledge.
• Experience with Atlassian suite of applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new IT and payment projects with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple activities across large enterprise projects and meet deadlines.
• Develop project plans and documents following company guidelines and standards.
• Lead internal and external teams in a matrix organization model.
• Document meeting minutes and track action items to completion.
• Identify risks, scope changes, and contingencies during the project life cycle.
• Translate customer needs into business and functional requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and drive client satisfaction.
