Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the implementation of our payment platform for digital government payments. You will manage discovery, planning, configuration, testing and deployment to deliver citizen-centric solutions.

In this role you will mentor staff, lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, and drive best-practice project management processes across a broad suite of secure payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience managing information technology implementation projects.
• High level of software lifecycle and enterprise software knowledge.
• Proven experience managing custom software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify new IT and payment projects with stakeholders and manage multiple enterprise-wide activities.
• Develop project plans and documents per company guidelines and standards.
• Lead internal and external teams, mentor staff, and drive process improvements.
• Translate client needs into actionable requirements and ensure timely delivery.
