Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Payment Implementations team in the United States. You will lead discovery, planning, configuration, testing, and implementation of our payment platform, ensuring effective, citizen-centric digital government solutions.

Responsibilities include managing enterprise projects, mentoring staff, and driving process improvements while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience managing information technology implementation projects.
• Experience with enterprise software development projects.
• Strong lifecycle knowledge of software implementation processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify new IT and payment projects with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple activities in large enterprise projects.
• Develop project plans and documents per guidelines.
• Lead internal and external teams in matrixed organization.
• Document meeting minutes and track action items.
• Identify risks, scope changes, and contingencies.
• Transition projects from implementation to support.
