Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mission Integration Engineer specializing in Payload Integration & Test to join our expanding team. The role leads planning and execution of customer payload integration and SV-level test campaigns on our spacecraft platform.

You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, travel to launch sites, and drive rigorous environmental testing and verification to ensure mission success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in complex hardware systems, spacecraft preferred.
• Experience in satellite manufacturing or aerospace/defense.
• Strong understanding of space systems integration and test.
• Effective coordination of cross-functional teams and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning of I&T campaigns and drive execution on the cleanroom floor.
• Lead customer engagements to develop bus-to-payload integration procedures.
• Plan and execute space vehicle environmental testing and functional tests.
• Coordinate SV-level propulsion load operations for dynamic testing.
• Review CLA and thermal analysis for test planning.
• Travel to launch sites for integration, checkouts, rehearsals.
• Develop and maintain system-level documentation (SODs, ICDs).
• Identify risks and collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software teams.
