Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Paycor HCM experience across most modules.
• Experience consulting for multiple Paycor clients in various engagements.
• Strong background in Paycor administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Ability to assess client environments, identify gaps, and propose best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client engagements with practical, hands-on solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on consulting, troubleshooting, and system optimization across Paycor HCM.
• Assess client configurations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Support multiple Paycor modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, and more.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration issues, payroll discrepancies, and data inaccuracies.
• Assist with implementations, rollouts, and post-implementation support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Paycor functionality and process improvements.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and deliver training to support ongoing use.
