Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a hands-on Payroll Systems Implementation Consultant to help migrate from ADP to Paycor across payroll, onboarding, and more. This consulting engagement includes data cleanup, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

You'll partner with Paycor and internal HR/payroll teams, manage timelines, UAT, multi-state compliance (TX, NJ, NY, FL, ID, DC), and provide onsite support during training, go-live, and hypercare.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong hands-on ADP experience.
• Paycor experience, including conversions.
• Payroll/HRIS system conversion/implementation experience.
• Multi-state payroll knowledge and compliance.
• Data conversion, validation, and cleanup experience.
• Hands-on UAT/testing experience.
• Documentation and end-user training experience.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support migration from ADP to Paycor representing internal HR/payroll.
• Assess current payroll environment, processes, data structure.
• Clean, organize, validate payroll and employee data for conversion.
• Coordinate data movement between ADP, Dynamics 365, and Paycor.
• Translate stakeholder input into implementation requirements.
• Lead or support UAT and document results.
• Ensure multi-state payroll compliance throughout conversion.
• Provide onsite support during training, go-live, and hypercare.
• Balance priorities and drive deliverables to completion.
