Job summary

Nuna Baby Essentials in Washington state seeks an experienced HRIS Administrator II to own Paycom HCM platform, driving configuration, governance, and optimization across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to implement modules, enhance self-service, ensure data integrity, and deliver analytics that inform leadership decisions. This on-site role offers growth in a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS administration experience.
• 3+ years of direct Paycom administration experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end Paycom modules implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and admin Paycom platform and modules.
• Lead module implementations and optimizations across HR lifecycle.
• Configure workflows, permissions, and automation within Paycom.
• Develop HR analytics and dashboards for leadership.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance on data integrity and governance.
• Maintain audit-ready HRIS documentation and SOPs.
