Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting or HR; equivalent experience considered.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Minimum three years of multi-state payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review payroll in Paycom for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare payroll records, reports, and ACA/5500-related documentation.
• Coordinate benefits (401k, FSA/HSA) and Open Enrollment processes.
• Support recruitment and create audits and reports for compliance.
