Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in Woodinville, WA seeks an HR & Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate, timely multi-state payroll processing for 850+ employees. You will manage payroll data, tax filings, and off-cycle payments while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

The role also oversees T&E and corporate card programs via Concur, with 2 days on-site weekly. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of payroll experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years payroll experience.
• Experience handling high-volume multi-state payrolls (>850 employees).
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, garnishments, and benefits.
• Experience with UKG Pro Payroll Back Office and related UKG tools.
• Experience with Concur is preferred.

Mansioni

• Process biweekly, weekly, and multi-state payrolls for 850+ employees.
• Audit time records, calculate off-cycle payments, and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate payroll taxes with third-party service provider.
• Manage expense reports and corporate card program through Concur.
• Support HRIS and reporting using UKG Pro and related systems.
