Job summary

DCI Engineers in Seattle, WA is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate, timely payroll across offices. You will support day-to-day payroll operations and collaborate with the Payroll Manager, People & Culture, and Accounting to improve processes.

The role initially requires on-site work five days a week in Seattle, with a transition to four on-site days and one remote day per week, offering a hybrid setup and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with timekeeping and payroll processing across multi-state jurisdictions.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is required; Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and lookup functions.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit weekly timesheets and biweekly payroll.
• Maintain payroll records and support new-hire setup.
• Manage payroll tax accounts, registrations, and multi-state reporting.
• Coordinate leaves of absence payroll and deadlines.
• Serve as payroll liaison with ADP and ensure accuracy of payroll data.
• Support year-end processing, W-2s, and related reporting.
• Document procedures and assist in process improvements.
