• Demonstrates effective and courteous communication with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Answers calls promptly and resolves issues through effective communication.
• Schedules tests, procedures, referrals and documents information in EMR.
• Maintains and updates demographic/insurance information and handles payments as needed.
• Provides coverage in other front office areas as assigned.
