Job summary

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, ME is seeking a Patient Service Representative III for its Administrative Support team. The role supports patient intake, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, payments and chart preparation, coordinating tests and procedures, with responsibilities expanding to mentoring staff as needed.

Work week is full-time with a 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• The PSR III will work with independence applying logic and judgement toward resolution of practice challenges.
• Required High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED)
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple duties, simultaneously
• Mastery of appropriate practice software and registration tool protocols
