• Screens calls, takes detailed messages, and routes to appropriate staff.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments including surgical and ancillary services.
• Maintain and pull patient charts, physically or electronically, per policy.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies at all times.
