Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees scheduling workflow of all departmental patient schedulers.
• Provides daily pending orders and scheduling reports to manager.
• Provides first available reports on a weekly basis or as needed to manager.
• Triages diagnostic technologist worklist schedule daily to ensure no discrepancies.
• Uses EGAIN web-based system to monitor phone volumes and agent performance.
• Performs quality assurance checks on calls and provides reports weekly.
• Assists supervisor with implementation of new scheduling techniques and procedures.
• Maintains scheduling staffing levels and provides leadership to new staff.
• Edits database and software templates as needed when leadership is unavailable.
