Ideal Eye Surgery LLC seeks a dependable Patient Experience Senior Guide to ensure a smooth patient journey and support clinic operations. The role includes advanced clinical testing support, administrative tasks, and stepping in for leadership when the manager is unavailable.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in ophthalmology clinical setting strongly preferred.
• Proficient in EHR systems and other office software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).

Responsabilités

• Greet patients upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome.
• Ensure patient intakes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Input and update patient information in the EHR system.
• Act as surgical counselor for hub locations and travel clinics as needed.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Team Manager.
• Support daily huddle/sight check with data updates and communications.
• Manage administrative tasks and describe/organize patient records.
• Assist with clinic operations and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with team while supporting autonomous work.
