Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Demonstrated verbal and written customer relations skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain and handle medical records by coordinating with patients and offices to build accurate charts.
• Coordinate patient referrals to clinical programs and services with the care team.
• Register and schedule patients in a customer-service oriented manner following guidelines.
• Complete complex scheduling of multiple appointments or services.
• Provide clerical support for scheduling and coordination of services and procedures.
