Responsibilities

• Lead the Patient Billing/Services Representatives team and coordinate front desk/scheduling activities.
• Assist with triage of patient calls, tasks, and e-mails and manage provider schedules.
• Train new staff on procedures and coordinate staff vacations and coverage.
• Prepare custom reports and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA requirements and maintain required competencies.
