• Coordinate appointment scheduling and registration processes per department procedures.
• Triage patient calls and triage emails with appropriate staff involvement.
• Train new staff on procedures and policy changes.
• Assist with staff scheduling, vacations, and timesheets.
• Prepare custom reports as directed by management.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain OSHA compliance.
