AltaMed Health Services Corp. in California is seeking a Lead Patient Advocate Services III to welcome patients, manage front office expectations, and deliver compassionate, patient-focused care with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The role includes mentoring the PSA team, supporting department goals, and coordinating with the health care team to ensure a positive experience for every patient.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist; 2 years preferred.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a PSA or in a similar healthcare role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher required per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and attends to the needs of all patients to create a positive front office experience.
• Acts as a mentor and trainer to the PSA team; supports department goals.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving skills in patient care delivery.
