Job summary

AltaMed Health Services in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Patient Services Advocate III to welcome patients and manage front-office interactions with compassion and respect. You will support patient-focused care and mentor the PSA team, improving service delivery while maintaining a positive patient experience.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities, with bilingual proficiency strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required, 2 years preferred.
• 1 year leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and attends to patients; creates a positive front-office experience.
• Assists in delivering patient-focused care through strong communication and problem-solving.
• Mentors and trains PSA team to meet department goals.
