AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Patient Services Advocate III in Anaheim, CA. You will welcome and assist patients, manage front-office expectations with compassion, and support the PSA team to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and delivering high-quality patient experiences in a clinical setting. In-person position with potential for growth within AltaMed’s care network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist; 2 years preferred.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a PSA or in an equivalent health care role required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher, per AHA or Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and attends to the needs of all patients, creating a positive front-office experience with compassion and respect.
• Assists in delivering patient-focused care with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Mentors and trains PSA team to help achieve department goals.
